AOIFE, the association of Irish Festival Events, reports that over 400 industry professionals attended the second Event Industry Awards sponsored by the Aviva Stadium. 17 awards were handed out covering the major areas of the events industry. Amongst AOIFE members, the St Patricks Festival, Festival of World Cultures, and AIB Street Performance World Championships were all up for awards.
Colm Croffy, AOIFE's CEO and IFEA Europe treasurer, was one of the judges.
